With the accelerated development of our country’s industrialization and urbanization, the demand for power from all walks of life is growing. Then the harm of electromagnetic field caused by transmission line is getting more and more attention. Actually with the implementation of the high voltage transmission line, people also improve their safety awareness and their misunderstanding that the super high-pressure environment harm for the human body will continue to increase, which will result in more autonomous imagination for the hazards of ultra high voltage transmission line. So the high voltage power transmission system research can help people have a correct view of the harm of the ultra high voltage transmission line. In order to correct and regulate the operation and construction of transmission line, the State Grid Corporation is vigorously promoting the typical line design of high voltage transmission. The design relies on the model of power frequency electric field and magnetic field forecast in the environment of high voltage transmission line, and it also can help predict and control the environment. Specifically, the main will be discussed in terms of power frequency magnetic fields, electric fields, radio interference and noise.For this paper analyzes and compare the various methods of computation of electromagnetic fields, Select the appropriate algorithm to calculate the electromagnetic field intensity.Combined with the measured value study the distribution of the power frequency electromagnetic field of more than 220 kv high voltage transmission line using the data mining technology 。and physiological effects produced by the power frequency electromagnetic field strength on workers, make the grade division, and convenient develop the protection measures power frequency electromagnetic field workers for power supply enterprises.This is crucial for the staff and residents around the transmission line.In this paper, using C# as development language to develop to the predict model, and through the actual test data verified the reasonable and practical of the calculation code, and get the predictive value, and analysis the influencing factors of the power frequency electric field and magnetic field frequency of the EHV transmission lines, to discuss the effective measures how to to reduce the harm, make a classification of high pressure transmission system using data mining method.The analysis results provide security reference for masses and staff around the EHV transmission lines.In fact, with the introduction of high-voltage transmission lines, improve safety awareness, a lot of misunderstanding about the ultra-high pressure environment and human hazards continue to increase, resulting in masses for EHV Transmission Lines imagination increase the number of self-harm, the study also has a research model help people correct view of harm EHV transmission lines.
