British developed the world’s first unmanned aircraft successfully in 1917. From now UAV development into the fast lane. Since the mid-term and later period of 1990 s, Unmanned aircraft used the range of service is continually expanding in military & civilian areas.In this paper, in order to meet the development needs of a UAV parachute recovery system, through a detailed analysis of a fixed-wing UAV parachute recovery system from the recovery mode UAV design requirements for the success of start from involving parachute multiple factors affecting parachute organization, control systems, airframe structural analysis and other considerations, from lower utility costs, improve production efficiency and safety of operations, enhancement of safety and reliability parachute process point of view, the use of modern design methods, building recovery system optimization model, analyzes the dynamics of factors, the model building process. Then consider the work process under the umbrella of pneumatic conditions, focusing on the establishment of a parabolic umbrella, straightened, inflatable theoretical models. And from engineering reality, given the results of the design.This article is part of applied research, the content of the UAV recovery engineering system design has some practical reference.
