With the rapid development of aerospace technology and the need of the army modernization construction, it is imperative to improve the quality of weapons and equipment, especially the quality of the helicopter. Swashplate is an important part of the helicopter. In order to ensure the safety of helicopter flight and reduce the helicopter flight accidents, data sampling and processing have very important significance to the helicopter automatic tilting device’ bearing vibration. For helicopter, fault diagnosis and health prediction is an important part to ensure the safe and stable operation of the helicopter.Helicopter Swashplate Bearing Fault Analyzer uses the current popular thinking of the virtual instruments. It mainly comprises the vibration signal acquisition module and the PC / 104 IPC. As the real-time requirements of helicopter Swashplate Bearing Fault Analyzer are relatively high, so the data transmission is realized by PCI communication between the upper and lower machine. The PC/104 IPC is mainly for sampling parameters setting, the selection of sampling start pulse, sampling trigger mode and the FFT window function and calibration of the bearing vibration acquisition system. It also controls display screen to show the characteristic parameters and waveform of collected vibration signal and so on. The acquisition module of vibration signal is completed by this design. The sampling which has two kinds of sampling rate and eight channels is realized by adopting the 32-bit floating-point DSP chip TMS320F28335, 16 bit high precision ADS8568. First the sampling data is processed by FFT and energy barycenter correction method, and then by the PC / 104 for its further research. So the analyzer is not only bearing fault diagnosis and health prediction for helicopter automatic tilting device, but also for other transmission and the rotor signals.From the several aspects of theoretical analysis, project demonstration, software and hardware design, this paper elaborates in detail the design process of the bearing vibration acquisition system of helicopter Swashplate. Firstly it introduces the subject research’s background and significance. Research status at home and abroad is also introduced at the same time. Secondly the selection and realization process of sampling method and spectrum correction algorithm of the bearing vibration acquisition system are elaborated. Then in the study of requirements and technical indicators of the bearing vibration acquisition system of helicopters swashplate, the overall software and hardware implementation scheme are given based on certain research. The idea of modularization is used for introducing different modules of this design. Finally it introduces the software and hardware debugging, error analysis of the measurement data and so on. Experiments show that the bearing fault analyzer has the small, light, easy and convenient advantage.
