As one of the major equipment in city’s gas transmission and distribution system, a gas pressure Traditional gas regulator generally uses the mechanical controlled principle. The regulating accuracy is not high, so that gas cannot be sufficiently burned. It can give rise to energy waste and environmental pollution, and even induce gas security issues. In order to fundamentally solve the existing problems of the mechanical gas regulator, electric pressure regulating is the main trend for future regulator’s development. In the electric regulating model, accurate pressure detection of the gas regulator’s inlet and outlet plays the key role in improving the overall performance for providing the reliable original data for finally realizing adaptive regulating.In recent years, the development and utilization of natural gas play an important role in China’s economic development and environmental protection. Gas pressure regulator is one of the important equipment of city gas transmission and distribution system, a gas pressure regulator is the pivotal link to achieve high quality and efficient use of natural gas resources. The information fusion method with the use of multi sensor array to realize the import and export pressure, will be the process of data acquisition and the huge amount of data, in order to electric gas pressure regulator pressure detection process, scientific and efficient collection of information, in-depth study of the existing electric gas pressure regulator and pressure detection method for import and export pressure testing of the actual application requirements, proposes a compressed sensing technology import and export pressure detection scheme based on.The main work of the paper is as follows:① In the sensor array to electric gas regulator outlet pressure based detection scheme Gas regulator, in-depth study of the current situation and pressure testing of compressed sensing technology principle, according to the data of sensor array data acquisition in large capacity and high data redundancy problem, put forward the electric gas pressure regulator pressure of compressed sensing detection scheme based on.② The design of the electric gas pressure regulator pressure of compressed sensing detection model based on system, the flow chart, give full play to the ideological and technical advantages of compressed sensing, it will be introduced to the electric gas regulator outlet pressure detection, spatial and temporal characteristics of sensor nodes using the layout of transformer in electric adjustable within and between nodes, analyzed the effect of the inlet pressure of sparse information obtained in different sparse domain, it provides the theoretical basis for the application of compressed sensing technology.③Reconstruction simulation and analysis of pressure information for electric gas pressure regulator inlet. On this basis, the analysis of the three different algorithms of the reconstruction error, compression ratio, and obtains the sensor element failure reconstruction renderings by simulation, obtained by the use of compressed sensing technology can greatly reduce the amount of data of the whole system. In the sensor element failure can still high precision to restore the original data lead to the conclusion.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that: the proposed electric gas compressed sensing technology based on the pressure regulator pressure detection scheme can greatly reduce the amount of data gathering in sensor information, to eliminate data redundancy, provide a strong technical support for electric gas regulator voltage regulator.
