In today’s society, the lack of water resources, energy shortage has severely restricts the social and economic development. Building energy consumption occupies a large part of the power consumption of the whole society, so energy saving has become the new development direction of building.High-rise building as the representative of large building energy consumption, it is characterized by the floors, height, water requirement, its functional diversity, water supply and drainage system is more complex, furthermore, the number has a rapid growth trend. Therefore, According to the requirements of "green high-rise building Evaluation Technical Instructions",the domestic watersystem for high-rise buildings, the energy saving and optimization are studied in thispaper. There are many schemes of water supply, but it’s a great difficulty to choose asuitable supply mode for different buildings. This paper summarizes the high-rise building water supply in different heights by studying a number of projects, presents the combination of alternative ways of water supply in high-rise buildings.Considering the opinion of experts, owners and designers, the paper suggests the Three Mark Analytic Hierarchy Process should be used to perform optimizing selections. This method is used to analyze water supply schemes for high-riseresidential buildings from nine aspects, such as:the use of municipal water pressure, external network interference, energy consumption of equipment, water quality assurance, reliability of water supply, water regulation, infrastructure and operating costs, the floor area, operation and management, To get optimum results through weight calculation and consistency analysis.Water reuse is one of the effective measures to save water and energy in the buildings. Through analysis and comparison of traditional reuse pattern, the paper propose a more energy-efficient system form for ultra-high-rise buildings, combined with high-rise building its own characteristics. And then conducted the following research work: process analysis, process technology selection, and the economic analysis of the system. Finally, verified this system by engineeringproject.Energy domestic hot water system as an important part of building energy consumption, takes a certain proportion of total energy consumption. The traditional preparation methods will consume a lot of energy, leading to environmental pollution. The high-rise building in the air conditioning system will produce large amounts of waste heat, which can be recycled by heat recovery chiller to preheat domestic hot water, In this way, it can play a good role in energy conservation and environmental protection..The paper analyzes the feasibility of the system, and proposed an apparatus for super-high-rise buildings in the form of heat recovery. Finally, On the basis of the Project, the paper its corresponding comprehensive performance analysis and economic analysis. Combined with the engineering case, the paper analyzes the comprehensive performance and economic system.
