Fretting wear refers to a small displacement of the wear and tear as a result of small vibration occur on the contact surface.Fretting wear widely exists in the aerospace, railway locomotive and nuclear power industry, etc.The main influence factors which include the normal load and displacement amplitude, the surrounding environment, frequency, material properties and the surface roughness impact fretting wear.Current research on fretting wear mainly adopt the method of point contact,and the main way of sports is tangential movement.This paper studies tangential fretting corrosion and wear behavior about hard alloy LY12 CZ and titanium alloy Ti811 which commonly used in the aerospace industry manufacturing.This experiment is mainly conducted in tangential fretting wear test machine with GCr15/Y12 CZ and GCr15/i811 as a pair,using the ball/plane contact way.Based on the analysis on the friction characteristic curve,the effects on the load and displacement amplitude and the corrosion environment of fretting wear were investigated.Wear resistance was tested and the wear appearance was investigated after the experiment. Finally the finite element model is established, the influence of the normal load,displacement amplitude and friction coefficient about LY12 CZ interface stress state is analyzed.Through the paper over part of the study,the major work may be summarized as the follows:1.This study obtained GCr15/Y12 CZ and GCr15/i811 tangential fretting corrosion wear running state diagram which under the three major factors including the normal load, the displacement amplitude and the corrosion environment.2.Through the GCr15/Y12 CZ and GCr15/i811 two pair of tangential fretting wear test,this study obtain the load and displacement amplitude and environment on the influence law of the fretting wear,also get the slip zone failure mechanism which based on the load and displacement amplitude and the failure mechanism based on three kinds of factors. According to its microstructure figure,we obtain the influence degrees of three primary factors,and also have a profound understanding of the fretting wear behavior operation, and give some advice of engineering.3.This study obtained fretting wear of contact surface stress state through finite element analysis of LY12 CZ under different working conditions,and received the load and displacement amplitude and the coefficient of friction on the influence law of the fretting wear.The operation rule is just like the experimental results.At the same time the study obtains the load and displacement amplitude and the friction coefficien onthe influence law of the fretting wear,and give some advice of engineering.
