| As one of modern surgical methods, the technology of electrical surgery is used popularly on recent surgery, and the Bipolar Electrosurgery as one of the electrosurgical methods with high operation speed, less thermal injury, is mainly used in vessel coagulation. Now foreign devices output stable power, and some has the function of turn off and alert automatically after coagulation. In our country, the research of electrical device has started recently and there still exist difference of equipment technical level with the world advanced products, and the majority of ESG devices is relies on import. Though all of these, the thermal damage and tissue adhesion in the process of coagulation are common research problems for both domestic and aboard. Based on this background, in this dissertation will develop a ESG for mechanism study which can output stable power based on the state of tissuesFirstly, analyse the parameters that effect the process of coagulation by the mechanism of coagulation and determine the overall circuit design which based on impedance detection and determined the design target which has the function of constant power, current and voltage output, and can switching into another one mode automatically among three modes.Secondly, based on the whole design plan and research target following the design of ESG. In this dissertation completed the design of dual inverter circuit, filter circuit and high frequency signal generator and completed the hardware debug.At the last of this dissertation followed the study of whole control algorithm of the whole circuit and determined the whole control strategy by the design of the control system of three modes and proposed the PID algorithm of the whole system and promoted it and it can reduce the carbonization by the new algorithm. In the end completed the whole system debug and verified the function of three output mode: constant power output, constant current output and constant voltage output. |
