| Breast cancer is a common malignant diseases which will be a life-threatening illness and a health hazard to women. The real fear is that the increasing of the morbidity and mortality of breast cancer. Therefore, to limit its mortality, it seems more important to providing available public facilities, for detecting breast cancer earlier. The near infrared detecting techniques is a kind of cheap,non-invasive nonradioactive test, which is needed by physical check-ups. In the body’s tissues, the special bandwidths of near infrared is with high scattering and low absorption. So near infrared can be used to detect the physiological structure.Based on near infrared spectroscopy, continuous-wave measurement model is adopted to design a set of detector array, blood oxygenation parameters detecting system. It can detect the difference value of blood oxygenation, to provide trusty means for medical diagnoses. The main research content of this article has the following several aspects: modified Lambert-Beer Law for detecting of blood oxygenation; design a hardware system with MCU controlling and detector-array probe, to produce and collect light signal; design the embedded software supporting hardware for signal acquisition and transmission, and design human-interactive upper-computer software for Signal processing and display; conduct the repeatability study and measure influence of dark current to validate the reliability of the system; compare the result with spectrometer to proof it can basically meet the needs of detecting abnormal breast blood oxygen. |
