Li-Br absorption heat exchanger is a new type pf high-temperature heat transfer system, which is different from the traditional plate heat exchanger, combining the normal plate heat exchanger and Li-Br absorption heat pump. which can expand the heat transfer temperature difference of primary water side and transfer heat from low temperature source to the higher one to realize the total heat released from the heat supplying system without changing the flow rate. With this system, the shortage of the supplying ability of the city heat water network can be solved, and it also can be a good solution to the heat supplying capacity increase and the problem of network unbalance. From the economic aspect, this system can reduce the investment and operation cost of the whole system.1) By choosing the appropriate thermos-physical properties and thermal state equations of the heat transfer working medium, the mathematic models for thermal state, heat transfer process, hydraulic and construction calculation can be built. With these models, the physical property and thermal state variation in the operating process can be analyzed.2) Based on the mathematical description of the system, the research can be divided into four modules: the thermodynamic calculation, the heat transfer calculation, the construction calculation and the hydraulic calculation and the heat transfer units designing and modeling software is compiled.3) In order to study the problems which could happen in the operation, the sample unit is designed and produced. With this sample units and the modeling software, the influence of outlet temperatures of primary and secondary water, the non-condensable gas, the configuration of the secondary water and the flow rate ratio of two heat flow on the performance of the system are modeled and analyzed.4) The absorption heat exchanger units is tested under different operating condition. The results show that the Li-Br absorption heat exchanger is safe with a satisfactory effect, and the theory and the designing method is feasible. This technology has important practical significance and broad application prospect in pathology.This paper can provide the theory and data reference for the design and operation of the absorption heat exchanger unit.
