| Crack sealant as commonly used materials in the asphalt pavement maintenance when repairing pavement cracks, most of that will occur debonding early after repairing work, academic called adhesion failure. Crack sealant act as a functional materials, researchers use adhesion, penetration, softening point, high temperature stability to evaluate the sealant effectiveness, seldom of them refer to sealant mechanical analysis. The fact is even the sealant match each control index, thought it will occur debonding early after crack repairing work. The reason is the bonding interface of sealant reached the index when it`s broken under the wheel loading and other conditions. Therefore, to sealant material thought mechanical analysis to get the reason cause bonding interface damage, which is necessary to use to evaluate the sealant effectiveness.Firstly, crack sealant bonding interface is a typical cohesive interface, when it analysis in ABAQUS the interface should be parameterized. So this paper brings a brief introduction of cohesive zone model, and designed tension experiment and shear experiment to parameterize the bonding interface.Secondly, to simulate the real reaction of sealant bonding interface in the pavement structure, this article use a non-uniformly distributed moving action on viscoelastic 3D pavement model, test the sealant material and matching the characteristics of viscoelasticity. On this basis, this text analyses mechanical response and damage situation of bonding interface under different loading conditions.Thirdly, in order to obtain mechanical response and damage situation of bonding interface with wheel load and environment temperature, this paper use a thermo field model and test the thermo-physical parameter of sealant. At last, the distribution of temperature in the pavement structure gained,and the temperature different from sealant to pavement cause thermal stresses discontinuity.Finally, use sequential coupling method to analyze mechanical response and damage situation of bonding interface, when the wheel load on the most adverse position and together with thermal stresses. Take all consequence into co nsideration summarized that the sealant debonding under the action of coupling field, this result can be used to maintenance work instruction to sealant option. |
