| Currently, With the realizition of the importance of refinement research,the combined effects of wind and rain in the field of civil engineering is a growing concern scholars from various countries. But for the existing studies, the wind tunnel test which is about the combined effects of wind and rain was lack of theoretical test guidelines and the CFD simulation can not realize the simulation of the combined effects of wind and rain, this paper will put forward the test criteria and the numerical simulation method of the combined effects of wind and rain based on the CFD to provide basic theories and methods for future studies and practical. Specific studies include:(1) Based on two consistency conditions, one is that the similitude ratio of the film is equal to the geometric scale, another is that the attack angles of the nature and the wind and rain research environment are equal, the test criteria in the wind and rain environment is raised. And in the Joint Laboratory of Wind Tunnel and Wave Flume of the Harbin Institute of Technology, using the sprinkler, finish the test parameters of the wind and rain experiment about the Great Belt bridge in the Denmark, and then verify the Test Guidelines The feasibility.(2) The formula is derived to obtain the relationship between the conversion formula rain rainfall intensity and mass flow rate of the particle stream; relying FLUENT software platform, the Rosin-Rammler function method and UDF Function Simulation method are proposed to reproduce the raindrop size distribution.
