| The design and construction of mattress layer of composite foundation have been in the stage of relying on the practical experience and qualitative. Two kinds of extreme situation appear. One is thickness of mattress layer of accidents, the other one is the waste of material and the high cost of engineering, then the mattress layer has not played the role. So how to make the mattress layer safe, reliable and economy has become a current problem that people need to solve.Firstly, this paper introduces the development, current situation and the theory of rigid pile composite foundation.Secondly, one the basis of introducing soil constitutive relationship, the article expounds the mechanism and principle of rigid pile composite foundation. It introduces the failure modes and pile soil stress ratio n in the rigid pile composite foundation. These lay a theoretical basis for study of the article.Thirdly, focusing on the pile soil stress ratio n, this article uses the finite element software MIDS/GTS to establish the three-dimensional model of rigid pile composite foundation, and research the changes of pile and soil’s stress when the mattress layer thickness, modulus and model load change. Then it analysis different working condition of mattress layer of rigid pile composite foundation making influence in pile soil’s stress ratio, in order to achieve optimization of mattress layer of rigid pile composite foundation design.Finally, the third part has compared the monitoring results with numerical simulation analysis results, summarized the differences and reasons between analog computation and engineering practice, validated the rationality of the calculation results. The research of this paper has practical value, it provides reference for similar engineering construction and researches. |
