Leakage is one of the most common disease in tunnel. Tunnel structure will greatly reduce the service life of the internal facilities and functions under the seepage long term function,deteriorate the operating environment of the tunnel, and bring tunnel structure a security risk. During the design and construction of the tunnel, the waterproofing and drainage should follow the principles of“prevent, drain,cut and block, taking measures suitable for local conditions and comprehensive treatment”. The quality inspection of waterproof and drainage materials themselves and their construction become the important part in the quality system of waterproof and drainage. At present, the tunnel waterproof and drainage facilities engineering construction quality inspection in urgent need of nondestructive testing technology of technical indexes and quantitative research and discussion.The relevant research and analysis are presented as follows:(1) In view of the tunnel engineering characteristics of the geology,hydrology,design and construction,the forming reason of the seepage disease of highway tunnel waterproof and drainage facilities are researched, the common quality test that forming in the process of construction is summarized,which provides a basis for the specific prevention and the implementation of the nondestructive testing technology.(2) The method of quality check of the highway tunnel waterproof and drainage system construction are summarized. Through analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing detection methods,the corresponding implementation method of non-destructive testing technology is presented. Especially in the aspect of the construction quality detection of waterproof board,the non-destructive testing technology based on infrared thermal imaging is introduced,which can be used for reference in the practical engineering.(3) According to the principle of non-destructive testing of the light infrared thermal imaging, numerical simulation based on the finite element package ANSYS is carried out, which is the key part defected by nondestructive testing of defective parts of the waterproof board. Simulation by using ANSYS theoretically verified the feasibility of the application of the technology in quality detection of tunnel waterproof board, and provided a theoretical basis for further engineering application.(4) For the complicated stress condition of the waterproof plate during the pouring process of the second lining concrete, this simulated a condition for waterproof board under stress,and used ANSYS finite element analysis,checked the security of the waterproofing material, and gotten the detection index of the base surface roughness before the installation of waterproof board is obtained.Through building the strain model and 3D model of the joint plane, it calculated the juncture of concrete under the condition of tensile, compression, shear deformation and stress of the performance, analyzed the maximum stress and the relationship of displacement, and examined the waterproof rubber water-stop. Such related research results can be used for reference in the practical engineering.
