Study on ultraviolet aging of asphalt and asphalt mixture is developing, The main method is adding some ultraviolet resistant agents to improve the performance of asphalt at present,But there are many different kinds of ultraviolet resistant agent and mostly just study the performance of ultraviolet aging resistance about asphalt for single kind of additives,Research on the ability of ultraviolet aging about asphalt and asphalt mixture for compound with ultraviolet resistance agent are rarely involved,Especially the study on asphalt mixture is less,So it is necessary to find a appropriate mixd type of ultraviolet resistance agent and do some research about improving road performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture by compound with ultraviolet resistance agent.Selecting UV-531,Ti O2,Si O2 three kinds of ultraviolet additives,Firstly compared the analysis with a single ultraviolet resistant agent and various type compound with ultraviolet resistance agent on the performance of ultraviolet aging resistance for asphalt and asphalt mixture by experimental study,Secondly simulated calculation for pavement structure which join all kinds of ultraviolet resistance agent to the top layer by finite element software ABAQUS,To illustrate the effect about improving the mechanical behavior of pavement structure after ultraviolet aging which have joined the certain additives,Lastly design the asphalt sand coating,Add ultraviolet resistance agent which have determined to asphalt sand as the best dosage,Take high and low temperature performance test for asphalt mixture specimen which have coating and no coating after ultraviolet aging,Through the experiment show that design different gradation and thickness of asphalt coating can improve the effect of ultraviole aging resistance for asphalt concrete pavement,To determine the effect about ultraviole aging resistance after add asphalt sand to the top of asphalt pavement,Get the following conclusions:(1) Compound with UV resistant agent is better in ultraviolet aging resistance,The mixed type is UV-531+Ti O2,Compound proportion is 1:2.5,Add UV-531(1%) to asphalt in the area where the annual average temperature is low and the ultraviolet light is weak will be better,Ultraviolet resistant agent mixed with asphalt by high-speed shearing machine,The best mixing temperature is 160 ℃ and the mixing time must more than 20 min.(2) Asphalt sand coating can improve the ability on ultraviolet aging resistance of asphalt concrete, but the coating can not be too thick, It is best to just completely fill the surface void,Suggest the theoretical thickness is 2mm,It is important to design the gradation of asphalt sand coating,The design gradation which is best is LS3 on the aspect of high-temperature,the best that on the aspect of low-temperature is LS2,Two kinds of gradation show that appropriately increase the proportion of large particle size in the design of asphalt sand will get a better effect.
