With rapid consumption of fossil energy, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. Biomass energy has become a hot spot. Due to abundant sources, low price, renewable, natural cellulose is expected to become a substitute for fossil fuels. Therefore, degradation of corn straw into biofuel and 5-hydroxymethyylfurfural(HMF) is studied.Firstly, The ionic liquid 1-ethy-3methyl-imidazole dimethyl-phosphate([DMIM][DMP]),1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium-diethylphosphate([EMIM][DEP]),1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole-hydrogen-sulfate([EMIM][HSO4]),1-ethyl-3-methylimidaz olium-chloride([EMIM]Cl) were synthesis using one-step method. Four kinds of solid acid ion liquid were prepared, that mulberry twig, bagasse, corn straw and cellulose as material. Then those ILs were characterized by IR spectrum, NMR.By simulation of ultra low mixed acid enzymatic degradation of cellulose, the influencing factors were studied. The optimal reaction conditions was 0.1% mixed acid concentration, 720 W, 180℃, 3min. The conversion rate can reach 97.5%. Dynamic simulation for degradation of cellulose by extremely low acids, the result is that Maleic-HCl has higher catalytic activity than Maleic and Maleic-H2SO4. High temperature is useful to degradation reaction of glucose. Low temperature is useful to degradation of cellulose into glucose.Four kinds of solid acid ionic liquid as catalyst, biodiesel by palmitic acid and methanol was preparation. the ILs that be made by mulberry as catalyst, The conversion rate of biodiesel reached 93.41% when mulberry twig of solid acid ionic liquid as catalyst. Corn straw as raw materials, ethanol by cellulase in situ enzymolysis and Candida in situ fermentation was preparation with [DMIM][DMP]. The optimal condition of fermentation: 30 C, pH=5.0, 60 h, the yield of ethanol reached 60.375%.An efficient process for preparation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF) from cellulose was carried out using ionic liquid 1-methyl-3-methyl-imidazole dimethyl phosphate([DMIM][DMP]) as solvent and reaction medium, extremely low 0.1% mixed acids(0.1% maleic acid and HCl) as catalyst. Yield of 5-HMF was 29.13% and conversion efficiency was 6.48mg/min. The reaction condition of microwave was 720 W for 9min at 240℃. The ratio of solid to liquid was 1:50 and acid concentration was 0.1%.
