Due to the inborn incomparable advantage of high precision, high speed, the Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor has been more widely used in the processing industry, military, and other high-tech application fields. But the characteristics of PMLSM direct drive load will also bring the load disturbance, friction disturbance, cogging force, parameters and other perturbations. These perturbations will directly be loaded to the motor rotor end without any buffer, increasing the difficulty of PMLSM position control.This thesis firstly established a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor model to analyze deeply the difficulty of PMLSM position control and achieve the requirements of the control. Then introduces the structure of auto disturbance rejection control algorithm and explore the characteristic parameters and characteristics of each part. Based on understanding deeply the features of self- disturbance rejection control and the disadvantage of PMLSM position control, the control method of automatic change the speed factor and nonlinear integral which improved Auto disturbance rejection were put forward. The experimental simulation model was setted up in the MATLAB/Simulink to operate PMLSM position Auto disturbance rejection control simulation experiment. The experimental results show that the improved auto disturbance rejection controller stability margin increases, the parameters of the stability margin becomes larger, the system output has higher utilization rate, and the improvement of Auto disturbance rejection controller can achieve a more rapid and no overshoot position control, it has a better control effect compared to the traditional control technique.At last, this thesis built a PMLSM position control experimental platform by the core of DSP control, and has a more detailed description of the key part of the experiment platform. The experimental results further verify that the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor position control witch based on auto disturbance rejection controller can follow the system input fast and no overshoot, and the system has good anti disturbance ability and robustness.
