Partially prestressed concrete tensile longitudinal reinforcement is arranged, and the use of longitudinal reinforcement tensile properties of high strength steel and tendons work together are very concerned, especially HRB600 grade high-strength tensile steel as part of the longitudinal reinforcement in prestressed concrete members applications. This paper conducted a total of five experimental study bending performance configuration HRB600 grade high strength reinforced partially prestressed concrete beams, drawn by the load test data- strain curves, load- deflection curve analyzes the bearing capacity of the test beam, crack resistance, ductility, and other aspects of the law of prestressing degree. The results show that:high-strength steel components had no influence on the cracking load and partially prestressed member ductility; That high-strength steel impact on prestressing degree is limited, changes in the level of increase or decrease of reinforced, prestressed value is unlikely;damage in the form of the partially prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 grade high-trength bars is essentially the same;the degree of prestressing influence on cracking load, the greater the degree of prestressing, the higher the cracking load;ductility is relevent on the degree of prestressing, the greater the degree of prestressing, member ductility worse.
