To meet the need of the upgrade of the TT&C(Tracking, telemetry and Command) operating systems for manned spacecraft and TT&C mode switch, the device driver program based on 64 bits Windows operating system for the digital baseband PCI card have been developed. The device driver program, acted as a bridge between the application and the hardware cards, have accomplished the TT&C together for the aircrafts such as TT&C mode switch and TT&C mission.The thesis has come from the manned spacecraft TT&C systems. It has concerned some question as following adv:1. The concepts and the structure of the software radio technology have been introduced, and the application of device driver program in the manned space TT&C field has been discussed. Resorting to the software radio, the equipment of the TT&C baseband has been realized the miniaturization and the integration, and it can be configured flexibly. The characteristic above may meet the requirement of TT&C systems rightly which needs the multi-system and the multi-target. As the bridge of the communication between the application software and hardware, the device driver program has been played a great role in the recombine and the TT&C mission. For the device driver program have been run in the kernel, it has closed relationship with the operating systems. So some knowledge about the operating systems has been introduced. It includes the history of device driver program, the mode of the software and the design of high-speed and burst data transmitting.2. Aim at the TT&C mode switch and TT&C mission of Baseband device, studied the TT&C mode switch procedure, explicit the device drive program、the application program and the baseband device role in the procedure, draw up the design project of DMA transfer. Under the research of WDF frame, FPGA loading, DSP loading and data transfer, the design project of the baseband board driver program is proposed.3. The Windows operating system and the WDF driver mechanism have been studied. Then the device driver program of the baseband card based on the WDF frame has been designed. Discussed the main process of each typical drivers procedure in detail. Describe the initializing routine、plug-and-play routine、IRP processing routine、ISR routine、DMA transfer routine and DPC routine etc., and provide the key step source code.4. The files of installation, the API interface and the test application program of the device driver have been designed. The test application program of the device driver has been designed aiming at the function and the performance of the device card. Some tests have been performed for the device driver, the result demonstrates that it can meet the requirement of project in function, performance and reliability.
