With the rapid development of civil construction,more and more high-rise or super high-rise buildings were built, their appearances has made deep foundation pit get considerable development.Currently, the deep foundation pit engineering has been shown the significant features in terms of quantity, scale, depth and difficult. Under the present situation, based on the complex geological structure and soil properties, with improper design and project management, the instability of foundation pit accidents happen frequently, which will result in large economic loss and serious social impact. Therefore, it has important realistic meaning to study the supporting system and characteristics of deep foundation pit.This study is based on the already completed construction of Yue Tan scientific research building in Beijing, to obtain results from rearching in situ monitoring data, combined with theoretical results, and comparative analysis of measured data, obtained deformation characteristics of deep foundation pit.Mainly include the following:(1)The project description, geological structure, the design of the foundation pit and calculation results;(2)The purpose, significance and complete solution of the whole process monitoring;(3)According to the measured data, made a detail analysis of the horizontal displacement, the vertical displacement, the deep horizontal displacement of the pile, the main deep horizontal displacement of the pile in step excavation conditions, anchor internal force monitoring and the surrounding roads vertical displacement,. analyzed the deformations of the supporting structure;(4)Combined with a typical example, compared and analyzed was made between the calculation results and the measured data, involved in the deep horizontal displacement of the pile and the surrounding roads vertical displacement;(5)Combined with the calculation results and the measured data, the key nodes, ocations, operating conditions, the critical condition about the structure safety and mechanical performance of the deep foundation pit are determined.
