| Along with the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the construction industry has ushered in the unprecedented prosperity and development, while the construction industry has been more intense competition. How to improve the quality of building products is the key to determine whether the construction enterprises can survive in the urbanization tide. As a branch of the construction engineering, the ancient architectural restoration project has its own characteristics and various conditions, so that how to carry out the scientific quality management of the ancient buildings become a problem that need to be solved.This paper chose the quality management of mountain Guanxiang repair projects as the research content. Firstly, the theory and method of project quality management was summarized, Secondly through the existing quality management methods and theories and combined with the actual situation of the project, I studied problems of the quality management and the current situation of the project. And then, after mastering the problems of the project quality management, the new methods and measures were put forward. Using the dynamic quality management mode named PDCA, the project of each activity was divided into four different stages, and the four stages were in the dynamic cycle, it ensures that the activities of all the updates in the project of quality were under control.Finally, we get a objective summary and evaluation on the program of Qingdao Mountain Guanxiang observatory station location and curator of the residence renovation by the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Quality management for the ancient building repair project is a systematic work. Project quality control from the initial demand analysis stage to the project delivery has been through the whole project, the using of scientific project quality management have a profound significance for the ancient building renovation. Therefore, it is a challenging task to analyze the factors affecting the quality of the project and propose a reasonable solution for a specific project. |
