With the increasing of car ownership, more and more automobile exhaust impact on the environment. The oil, natural gas and other resource issues was before us, the electric vehicles which has zero emissions、zero pollution characteristics received great attention and widely welcomed.But the short onward distance of electric vehicles, charging inconvenient, the high cost of electric cars and other shortcomings also affect it development. So it is necessary to optimize and manage the energy of car.In this paper, firstly, we research the efficiency of traction battery and the three-phase asynchronous motors, to identify the range which the unmanned vehicle run on high efficient, and according to the unmanned vehicle load find out the optimal traveling speed. When the load changes, there is always an optimal driving speed corresponding, if the optimal speed be unable to ensure the safety of unmanned vehicle, we can choose the sub-optimal or sub-sub-optimal traveling speed.The unmanned vehicle used regenerative brake system to converted the mechanical energy,and fed back to the power battery,thus the onward of the unmanned vehicle will raised 10% -20%.And the system used associated brake mode, regenerative braking and hydraulic braking, by reasonable allocation of those energy to ensure unmanned vehicle safety brake.This topic using the Beijing Beiqi Jie Cheng tourist vehicles, GPS guided unmanned vehicle forward, the Hall voltage sensor installed in the battery of both ends and the Hall current sensor in the DC circuit of the battery,their output through the data acquisition card transferred to the IPC, then calculated output power of the unmanned vehicles, according to the experimental data obtained in the traffic for different road, load, gradient, windage, etc, to find the optimal traveling speed of the unmanned vehicle.Use the traditional automotive energy management strategy in a pure electric car energy management, energy management strategy to make batteries, motors, and other components to maximize the performance, but also ensure the unmanned vehicle can be safe braking, stability traveling.
