Boiler "from coal to gas," energy-saving project is a livelihood project, the implementation of projects to improve the environment, air travel and living, but also to promote the Beijing "coal to gas," the significance of energy conservation projects. In this environment, the pressure increases, the Beijing implementation of the "coal to gas," energy-saving projects, is to control air pollution one of the most important initiative, however, is not enough merely to improve the energy structure, and therefore, how to implement energy-saving gas-fired boiler reconstruction project is a starting point for the construction of clean energy.This paper is an energy-saving "coal gas" project after project cases for analysis of the production process heating systems and heating systems operation and management, through the analysis of system flow chart, the study shows that the establishment of the relevant energy-saving heating plant management measures, making energy-saving effect is remarkable, after this project is estimated energy savings case, obtain the heating plant has been completed ahead of schedule, "second five" goal.In understanding the project after the production process and operation management, energy management through the study of the heating plant, the heating plant has developed a more comprehensive energy management agencies, at all levels of responsibility clear, efficient operation. Through the analysis of energy consumption, consumption statistics system, production and auxiliary production system of all aspects of the management system, to study its operation, maintenance and management, suggesting that the heating plant in the overall management of energy-saving play a good energy saving effect. This effect is manifested as actual combination of the factory, the energy-saving, water-saving as well as specific measures to conserve other resources, and to the heat users, so everyone’s responsibility, everyone is responsible, pay attention to every aspect of saving, effectively avoided unnecessary waste of energy, reducing energy consumption of the overall system.After the "coal to gas," implementation of the project, four gas-fired boiler are set vortex flowmeter, can effectively read out the relevant data in order to test the thermal efficiency play a key role. Therefore, statistical energy analysis necessary measuring instruments. Through this paper the heating energy metering plant, energy consumption statistics analysis, energy consumption quota management, equipment operation and management and other aspects of field research statistics to give a summary of the data, the researchers verified the heating plant continuously strengthen the development of the construction and management, research energy consumption statistics reporting system, analysis results can be refined statistical approach to energy sector and focus on energy-using equipment, which indicates that the heating plant equipment operation and management system, device operating parameters detailed and meticulous sound.This thesis for thermal efficiency, exhaust temperature tests carried out a detailed analysis of the boiler, after the study of energy-saving coal-fired boiler gas boiler, change the energy structure, changes in total annual energy consumption of a lot within two years, and the energy consumption was decreasing trends, but analysis showed that the process exhaust gas boiler, heat loss is large, indicating that the gas is not high level of energy utilization, the project’s gas boiler automatic control monitoring system interface in the display, the higher exhaust gas temperature, flue gas heat could not get the effective use and recycling, therefore, recovered exhaust heat can improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.Gas boiler for the test project, drawn exhaust of nitrogen oxides is a very important reason now form haze. Therefore, the project case 29 MW heating plant running two gas-fired boiler operating conditions were studied by field test data obtained, the project combined 2014 annual energy usage, calculate the amount and utilization of waste heat utilization, analysis showed that the lower energy efficiency of existing gas boiler, then the replacement of low temperature waste heat of flue gas through the system of circulating water system, combined with absorption heat pump technology, the use of natural gas as a way of afterburning of the gas boiler emissions from smoke gas condensation heat recovery process, the exhaust gas temperature is lowered so that the test results can be lowered to 30 degrees Celsius. Such data results of the comprehensive utilization rate of energy efficiency and system significantly effect.Analysis showed that, to ensure the two 29 MW boiler output at full load conditions, condensation heat recovery system can save gas consumption of about 595Nm3 / h, reducing nitrogen oxide emissions by around 10%.In summary, this paper is for after the "coal to gas" projects, industrial gas boiler still has energy-saving potential of the research, from the energy-saving operation and management, data analysis and field theory practical test three aspects of energy-saving potential of mining gas boiler, come to the installation of gas-fired boiler flue gas heat recovery, energy-saving effect is remarkable, to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
