| At present, the construction of jacked pile is a widely used technology in foundation engineering of precast pile. This construction technology has many advantages, but the squeezing effect due to pile driving still needs to be solved. Aiming at decreasing the squeezing effect in pile penetration, this dissertation came up with the permeable pipe through which the dissipation process of excess pore water pressure can be sped up to eliminate the negative effects of squeezing effect.To study the bearing capacity and the bending performance of precast concrete pipe pile (PC pipe pile)with holes, the ABAQUS finite element software and experiment are used to simulate the experiment of the PC pipe pile with holes (permeable pipe) bearing capacity from different holes arrayments. Guidance would be made for the permeable PC pipe pile by the paper.(1) Use ABAQUS finite element to study the bearing capacity from different holes arrayments. The results showed that the strength of the PC pipe pile decreased after the area of holes increased. With the same area of holes, the increase in diameter of holes caused the strength to increase.(2) Compare the bending test with ABAQUS finite element by ordinary PC pipe and permeable pile. Under the same loading conditions, we found that the permeable pile’s deflection increased, the concrete and reinforced concrete stressed out, and the development of plastic zone was obvious. But the cracking moment reduced, which is different from the ordinary pile. The moment also can meet the requirements of specification. Permeable pile’s crack width is 1.5mm, just like the ordinary pile. At this time the width of crack is beyond the limit of state flag(1.5mm), but the piles still have the bearing capacity. Permeable pile’s holes cause its uniform multiple weak surface, so that the development of cracks can develop nearby, which causes the crack width of permeable pipe is smaller than the PC pile. With the equivalent load, the width of permeable pile is less than the ordinary pile. The ultimate moment of permeable pile is greater than the ordinary one with the measure of crack width.(3) Make analysis on the engineering examples. On the vertical bearing capacity of pile and the eigenvalue calculation, the pile and the ultimate compressive strength of pervious pipe decreased after comparison. Although the opening holes have a certain influence on the pile ultimate compressive strength, compared to the pile vertical bearing capacity standard, the eigenvalue can still meet the needs of the standard. |
