Research On The Planning Of Southwest Plateau Mountainous Ecological Parks

Southwest is one of the seven geographic divisions in China, which has complex and diverse geomorphic types, mainly on mountains, plateaus and hills. Southwest is exceptionally abundant in natural resource and relatively fragile in ecology. It has a highly density of population but poorly developed in economy. With urbanization and industrialization progress deepening, the ecological environment of southwest plateau mountainous region is deteriorating, meanwhile a variety of ecological problems appear frequently. It has become an urgent problem that how to properly develop and use the southwest plateau mountainous resources in the premise of not affecting environment.With people’s awareness of ecology protection awakening gradually, people began to use the ecological theory to guide the development and utilization of resources in southwest plateau mountainous region since the beginning of the 1970s, which will realize the coordinated development between social economic and ecological environment protection. It is in this situation that the southwest plateau mountainous ecological parks to develop.To properly use plateau mountainous resources and vigorously develop characteristic agriculture, mining and tourism have important positive effects on increasing farmers’ income for the southwest region, as well as improving the local living standards and promoting the coordinated development between the east and west. Rational planning for southwest plateau mountainous ecological Parks, which including landscape planning, estate planning, transportation planning and so on, will improve economic efficiency of the park, thus contributing to the rapid development of economy in southwest China.In this paper, Southwest plateau mountainous Ecological Park is taken as a research object, about which large amount of literature is collected. Through comparative analysis, do the following several aspects of research:(1)Based on analysis of Southwest plateau mountainous Ecological Parks, the main influencing factors are obtained. While according to the evaluation of the domestic relevant eco-park development situation and ecological functions, the plateau mountainous Ecological Parks are classified.(2)Landscape, transportation and industrial of the Eco-park are discussed, while the differences between the plateaus and plains Eco-park in landscape, transportation, industrial are compared and analyzed.(3)The theoretical basis and planning principles in Southwest plateau mountainous Ecological Parks are summarized to be followed, which including mountain ecology theory, theory of landscape ecology, landscape aesthetic theory, theory of circular economy, tourism psychological theory, the principle of ecological priority economic principles, the principle of geographical features, the principles of diversity, the sustainable development principles.(4)The planning content of Southwest plateau mountainous Ecological Parks.(5)Finally, as an example of validating the theoretical part of the front, the planning of Huaneng Xiaowan Hydropower Station Ecological Park is studied in detail.
