Horizontal swing arm is one of the significant suspension’s components. As power transmission component, study of the mechanics characteristic of horizontal swing arm is particularly important.The modeling and simulation of suspension system based on are realized with CAD and CAE. Firstly, 3D modeling of suspension system is established based on basicdata of vehicle. Then the coupled model of suspension system with ADAMS/Car is built.
