With the development of vacuum technology, the application of a vacuum circuit breaker becomes more widespread, the industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, substations and center cabinet, fixed cabinet plays a role in the protection and control, but also in the application of vacuum circuit breakers exist Some problems, such as a leak of the vacuum interrupter, three-phase synchronization issues.In order to solve sealing problems of vacuum circuit breakers, and to achieve a three-phase synchronous breaking, design a new three-phase study rotating disc vacuum circuit breakers. The circuit breaker operating mechanism with regard to high vacuum interrupter in common to achieve a complete seal, driven by the operating mechanism to achieve three-phase synchronous moving conductive rod breaking. Due to the special nature of the structure, part of a three-phase rotating dise interrupter vacuum circuit breaker will be different from the traditional direct-acting contact structure, so for the circuit breaker, the interrupter is particularly important part of the design. Therefore study focuses mainly on the part of the vacuum interrupter design and analysis.First, in accordance with the relevant standards and empirical vacuum interrupter design and overall structure of the size of the various components of the arc chamber design, and build three-dimensional electric field analysis model parameters for the relevant dimension.Considering that the structure is a three-phase interrupter co-packaged in a vacuum environment, and therefore the larger three-phase electric field influence each other, using the finite element method for the biggest moment of internal phase to phase voltage three-phase rotating disc vacuum interrupter three-dimensional static field analysis, were obtained in the phase difference between the maximum potential, the interrupter and the conductive rod cross-sectional center plane electric field intensity distribution, and analysis of the reasonableness of the electric field distribution. It explores the inter-phase contact control longitudinal magnetic field on the arc,eddy current distribution, lag time and its breaking characteristics.
