With the problems of lacking energy and fossil fuel environment pollution, distributed energy resources have obtained strong support of national policy. Active distribution network(ADN) uses advanced information, communications and power electronics technology to coordinate and control the distributed energy resources(DER), which reduces the effect that DER brings to the distribution network, such as the raise of voltage level, the increasing of short-circuit current, power quality deterioration and etc. This thesis studied the coordination and control of renewable energy resources, energy storage system and controllable loads based on active distribution network.First, this thesis established the mathematical model of renewable energy resources, energy storage system and controllable loads based on active distribution network, and researched network inverter control strategy of renewable energy resources and energy storage system to make the renewable energy resources able to quickly respond to the fluctuations of active distribution network.Second, this thesis proposed the coordinated control strategy of source/storage/load based on multiple time scale of active distribution network, including global optimal control in a long time scale and regional autonomy coordinated control strategy of source/storage/load in a short time. The fast power control of energy storage system and the regulated ability of controllable load were used to absorb renewable energy and realize the coordinated, optimized and stable of active distribution network. Finally, this thesis builded active distribution network model in DIgSILENT. First the global optimal control in a long time scale was simulated and analysed, then the regional autonomy coordinated control strategy was simulated and analysed in a short time from three aspects. Simulation results show that the coordinated control strategy of source/ storage/ load based on multiple time scale fast responsed to active distribution network demand side requirements, simultaneously improved the active distribution network initiative and autonomous ability.
