With the rapid development of the cause of building, prestressed concrete technology research in the theory and engineering practice have made great progress, but at present, the research on the instability of scaffolding is not enough, and the spirit of the theory and practice, explore the spirit of research, combined with Dalian City five one road overpass project, choose the bridge scaffold supporting system as the paper topic, not only to ensure the smooth completion of the overpass scaffold project, but also improve the stability of the scaffold supporting system. Specific contents are as follows:(1) the design and checking calculation of the scaffold of the five one road interchange bridge in Dalian, and the effect test of the scaffold erection. The problems that may appear in the scaffold system are analyzed, and the foundation of the scaffold is strengthened.(2) based on the actual project, the whole process of the bowl buckle scaffold is monitored, and the finite element numerical simulation results are compared with the actual monitoring data.(3) the safety and stability of the bowl buckle type steel pipe support is studied. The stress analysis is carried out from the theory of calculation, the randomness, the material quality, the change of the construction load, the site management.Finally, the research results of this paper is summarized and the need for further research.
