With the progress of Aerospace Science and technology, a simple satellite d oes not have an ability to resupply the space station,the further development of s pace science is limited. Therefore, safe and reliable space manipulator emerged a t the historic moment.The space manipulator, as a key technology of on-orbit su pport, is getting more and more attention of researchers from the world. The spa ce manipulator’s environment is complex, as equipment of extravehicular activity. The space manipulatorneed more precise thermal design, provide technical suppo rt for the safe and reliable operation.The paper, made the necessary simplification according to the existing of movable tooth gear reducer and the box body, dete rmined the mechanical arm joint high and low temperature conditions according t o the existing orbit parameters,then analyzed various factors on temperature field in the joints, to provide the basis for the research arm in the design and impro vement of rail.Firstly, a large space dedicated software applications for spacecraft orbit ST K Manipulator analyzed, high and low temperature conditions in the orbit is dete rmined by variation of the sun and the track angle. Then, the model is simplifie d, the geometric model is buildedfor thermal analysis.On this basis, for there is no insulating layer under the joint protection analysis of on orbit temperature fiel d simulation,determine the necessity of heat insulation protection layer. Finally, an alysis and comparison of different thickness of insulation protection layer, determ ine the thickness to meet the conditions of the insulation protection for mechanic al arm joint security, guarantee the operation temperature.Analysis the equivalent coefficient of thermal conductivity of insulation com ponent,coating the surface emissivity and absorption rate and a series of factors on the joint temperature conditions.Completed the on-orbit space manipulator join ts transient operationresearch.Determined the orbiting high and low temperature conditions joint parts temperature change rule,then in view of the four different location of the sun throughout the year for the study of transient.The final dete rmination of mechanical arm joint can long time safety in orbit, stable operation.Respectively from the aspects of orbit parameters, thermal coating for the study of the operation condition of the change.Respectively from the orbit height, orbital inclination and orbital eccentricity three aspects are analyzed, and then determine the altitude is one of the most important factor affecting the joints temperature field, finally has carried on the detailed comparison of various rail parameters, determine the change of the thermal insulation thickness of components under different altitude.In terms of thermal coating, respectively select common low, medium and high αs/ε, to determine the safe operation of the space manipulator joints coating parameters.Finally, the joints temperature field under different position are analyzed.Co nsidering the satellite completely block the sun and the satellite completely cover the earth two special circumstances, the simplified model was established, the te mperature change of the joints under special condition is studied.Thesis research results can provides the reference for the design and improvement of mechanical arm in orbit. |
