Energy storage is the important part of the distributed power supply, micro-grid, it played a vital role to the safe and stable operation of micro-grid, which is made of renewable energy. Due to mature technology, low cost, high reliability, Battery energy storage has gained more and more applications. Power Conversion System (PCS) of energy storage is the interconnection interface of the energy storage battery and ac power grid, and the PCS is the control core of the energy storage system. As the energy storage system has been expanding its capacity, the corresponding PCS need to adjust the structure and topology to match this change. As the improvement of battery voltage level, three-level high voltage energy storage system is a kind of effective form of topology, and embodies the value. The construction of integrated energy storage system can increase the correlation of the energy storage battery, battery management system and energy storage to achieve the optimal overall system performance.First of all, according to two kinds of three-level topology circuit different efficiency, analyzed the efficiency, determined the scheme integrated energy storage device with higher efficiency. SPWM modulation algorithm of NPC stored energy converter is studied and the SPWM modulation algorithm based on zero sequence voltage injection, a detailed analysis of the zero sequence injection of SPWM and SVPWM modulation algorithm equivalent implementation of the algorithm. Switching loss minimum and neutral voltage balance in two goals, it is different of injecting into the modulation wave of zero sequence component, the simulation verify the feasibility of the modulation strategies under different targets, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of their goals.Secondly, established the mathematical model of the integration of energy storage device, and design an integrated energy storage device of directional interconnection network voltage control strategy and V/f control strategy of off-grid. Put forward a kind of zero sequence voltage injection scheme based on SOC balanced control, the size of the need to inject zero sequence component was deduced in detail, and the calculation flow chart is given. Integration of energy storage device control strategy is verified by simulation and SOC balance control strategy is effective. Design a 15 kw/30kWh integration of energy storage device prototype complete parameter design of main circuit and the software designing, complete the experiment of the basic function.Finally, study system level control strategy of the energy storage in micro-grid, in allusion to the two scenarios of sharpening and stabilize the load fluctuation, put forward a kind of energy storage control strategy based on Empirical Mode Decomposition (Empirical Mode Decomposition, EMD),and optimize the energy storage capacity under the power fluctuation scene.
