NFC(Near Field Communication) is a kind of short-range wireless Communication technology. NFC will be widely used in the future market, but in order to solve the development bottleneck problem, the key is about the perspective of software and hardware. From the software perspective, need to solve the problem of all kinds of protocol compatibility and standardization, security, etc. And from the angle of hardware, basically is the integration of components and performance optimization, including the NFC antenna ferrite piece to be resolved. So it is very significant to develop a Ni Cu Zn ferrite which can work at 13.56 MHz.This thesis is aiming at these problems, based on NFC with ferrite material and ferrite sheet, studying pay NFC antenna which with ferrite material and ferrite sheets, and then simulating the NFC payment antennas. In order to facilitate users to select material, we designed software about ferrite characteristic parameters. The main contents as follows:1. The NFC payments antenna with Ni Cu Zn ferrite materials research: using oxide preparation method, preparation a kind of magnetic permeability real component is 160+/-20%, permeability of imaginary part is less than 4.2. NFC antenna with Ni Cu Zn ferrite sheet was researched: cast technology on preparation of the thickness of 0.05 mm and 0.1 mm Ni Cu Zn ferrite sheet.3. NFC antenna simulation using HFSS simulation software is rectangular coil respectively in the metal, ferrite, and under the influence of the metal and ferrite composite magnetic field simulation study, the results show that ferrite has the function of isolation effect of metal, which further increases the induction distance.4. In order to facilitate users to select material using in NFC ferrite sheets, ferrite characteristic parameters of the software was designed.
