Under the impetus of global cell phone manufacturers and solutions company, the market for wireless charging hot. The cell phone manufacturers like Samsung, Nokia, HTC etc. added wireless charging to their flagship phone, and got the recognition of the market. At present, the high power wireless charging scheme of tablet PC、electric vehicle etc. are emerging.Divided by application principle, now, wireless charging technology could divide into the magnetic coupling resonance, electromagnetic induction, laser light induction, Micro wave transformation, voltage effects, and conduct metric and so on. Electromagnetic induction was the mature technology, had been used in the product such as cell phone and brought to the market. the magnetic coupling resonance technology had matured, and other technologies are still in the stage of theory. The topic would mainly talk about the wireless charging device of electromagnetic induction and the corresponding ferrite materials.According to the development status and trends of wireless charging of small and medium-sized power intelligent electronic equipment, in order to increase the efficiency and charging distance, the topic R&D The corresponding electronic basis material. And established the database of ferrite materials of wireless charging at the same time. On this basis, the co-simulation of the application software “Maxwell” and “ADS”, researched and analysis the characteristics of co-simulation and ferrite materials.1. From the crystal structure, the thesis emphasized the influence rules of the internal structure of the ferrite material of magnetic properties, consolidated a solid theoretical basis for the application of ferrite materials in wireless charging device.2. According to the actual purpose of a database established DOM tree structure of XML database, and detailed expounded the function and their relationship.3. Through the user interface toolkit Tk create, user could input data in the original form to realize the data load and the original data would automatically save to the underlying XML format documents. Thus, it was great convenient to realize the function of data complete, data modification, etc4. The thesis established the database of TDG’s ferrite material and detailed expounded the function of the database.5. Through researching the co-simulation of “Maxwell” and “ADS”, the thesis studied the application of magnetic field structure and ferrite materials in the wireless charger devices. With the help of ADS software, optimized the structure of the wireless charging coil.
