Construction waste in our country comes from land excavation, road construction, building construction, demolition of old buildings and building materials production,the waste concrete is about 40%, and the waste brick is about 35%. Brick structure demolition produce large amounts of waste clay bricks, how to re-use it effectively becomes a serious problem. Previous studies have focused on crushing the waste concrete before replacing natural coarse aggregate, this paper puts forward, broken bricks and waste concrete are used in the experiment, they are crushed before replacement of natural aggregate, Adding certain polypropylene fibers to the concrete substrate, in order to form “fiber recycled brick aggregate concrete”. It makes the most of the resources, to avoid the construction waste landfill directly, to reduce the pollution to the environment.This paper completed the mixture ratio design work of C30 strength grade of fiber recycled brick aggregate concrete. Through the basic mechanics performance test and durability test, get the law of development of mechanics performance and durability performance varies with different dosage of brick aggregate and polypropylene fiber. Finally, the paper analyzes the fiber recycled brick aggregate concrete application in road engineering. The main research contents and research conclusions are as follows.(1) Physical properties of the brick aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate is studied, recycled coarse aggregate can be formulated to meet the requirements of the concrete.(2) With the increase of the brick aggregate, the mechanical properties of the indicators are reduced, and cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength are decreased with the increase of polypropylene fiber, bending strength is increased with the increase of the polypropylene fiber, polypropylene fiber has no effect on static modulus of elasticity.(3) About durable performance, the height of water seepage of each specimen is only about 10 mm, has the very good resistance to water penetration. After 100 times of freeze-thaw cycle, mass loss and strength loss of each specimen is small, also has the very good antifreeze performance.(4) This paper analysis the economy about fiber recycled concrete road and concrete road, the applicability of fiber recycled brick aggregate concrete is discussed in the light traffic grade road and other artifacts.
