Villagers of Longshan LaocheheTujiavillage use unique aesthetic conception compose primitive ethnic villages in the building style and depict the unique and rich ethnic characteristics in architectural form with the originality of the architecture art language, they also create elegant and chic style of architectural decoration,exquisite architectural arts and crafts, with which they show the people of the world the essence of Tujia architecture.In this paper, the architecture of Longshan Laochehe Tujia village take architecture group as the viewpoint and the architectural and decorative features as the key point, using literature research, comparative analysis, historical research, comprehensive analysis method to analyze the factors that influence the architecture group of LongshanLaochehe village such as natural geographical environment and human geographical environment. There will be comprehensive research on the architectural form and architectural decoration,exploration for the overall form of the building group,building classification, architectural form and aesthetic form.Conclusion of the concrete structure, building decoration,decoration materials, decoration theme will be also presented.Summarizes of the features and decorative value, triggering a reflection on relevant issues of Tujia architectural heritage as well as the protection and development, put forward in the inheritance and innovation principles of modern development of Tujia architecture,at the same time this paper will concentrate on the present situation of LongshanLaocheheTujia village,on concerns and provide with some recommendations, with which the Tujia architecture would be self sustainable and self perfectible.
