| With the growth of population and the shortage of energy, a kind of inexhaustible clean energy wind power which got rapid development will eventually take the place of the traditional energy. With more and more quick development of wind power, the maintenance work of wind turbine is also becoming more and more important. The most important thing is that the fault of the key part of the wind turbine, such as the gearbox, will cause a great number of economic loss. Good condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of wind turbine gearbox can ensure the stable operation of the wind turbine and reduce the occurrence rate of fault. This thesis mainly studies the problem of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbine gearbox.Because the structure of wind turbine is complex and easy to cause fault and the gearbox is the part where fault occurs frequently in wind turbine, so this thesis deeply studies and analyzes the following points:First of all, this thesis studies the common faults of wind turbine gearbox and common used fault diagnosis methods. Secondly, the thesis does a lot of gearbox fault experiments based on the fault simulation experiment platform of wind turbine gearbox, carries out the early treatment for experimental data by Wavelet demising and wavelet packet decomposition methods and analyzes the time domain and the frequency domain fault characteristics of wind turbine gearbox. Thirdly, this thesis puts forward an improved intelligent fault diagnosis of KNN, which is used in the fault diagnosis of wind turbine gearbox and achieved good effect. Finally, this thesis also proposes a reasonable design for wind turbine gearboxcondition monitoring and fault diagnosis system and carefully introduces the implementation scheme and function of each unit of the whole system with the help of simulation experiment set of small wind turbine in the laboratory and simulation experiment set of gearbox fault diagnosis. |
