In recent years,the research about forming of high strength steel is a hot topic.Compared to the traditional low carbon steel,high strength steel has high strength,light weight,long use life and other characteristics,and will apply in cars,buildings,bridges,military and other fields widely.High strength steel has a character of high strength and low elongation.It is easy to find work hardening during plastic deformation,and the work may crack,rebound and found other defects in the forming process.The manufacturing process has always been the focus and difficulty of high strength steel.Roll forming is highly efficient,cost low,has a good continuation and high surface precision.Manufacturing high strength steel by roll forming has a high production efficiency and economic benefits.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the roll forming of high strength steel.In this paper,select the auto girder reinforced plate as an example,using finite element simulation software MAC.MARC,simplify the forming process reasonably,develop the simulation program,created a finite element analysis model of high strength steel roll forming.Based on the simulation analysis of stress and strain state, get the distribution scope and change rule of the stress and strain and have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of high strength steel in roll forming.This paper focuses on the springback defect of the high strength steel,through the simulation,analyses the contrast simulation result of roll forming by various different process conditions.And get the influence result on springback.The bending angle radius and plate thickness have a great influence on high strength steel,the bending radius is bigger,the plate is thinner,the rebound phenomenon is more obvious.The influence of forming speed and frame spacing have limited impact on springback.Analysis the simulation of auto girder reinforced plate in the forming situation of rolling process,through Y displacement to confirm the flatness of sheet,X displacement reflects the changing process of loading and unloading during plate forming.After several revisions of model,the final forming dimensional accuracy satisfied the required range.Basically completed simulation studies of auto girder reinforced plate rolling process and through the trial production get qualified product,which could guiding significance for practical production.
