In recent years, synthetic dyes into the water formed dye wastewater aroused more and more attention. Synthetic dyes into the environment are damaged seriously to the ecological balance of the normal life of the water. More worrying is that dyes are discharged to the water induce to carcinogenic teratogenic effects and pose a great threat to human health. In order to ensure that people can have a good long-term water quality and the health of ecosystems, how fast and efficient manage dye wastewater has been more and more interesting by people.One-step hydrothermal synthesis method for synthesizing magnetic CdFe2O4 were characterized by SEM, BET, VSM and DRS and other methods, the results show that the method of synthesized spinel structure CdFe2O4 are sucessfully. The specific surface area of CdFe2O4 is 85.80 m2·g-1; the synthetic CdFe2O4 have good magnetic properties, saturation magnetization of CdFe2O4 magnetic material sample was 22.34 emu g-1; The particle size of CdFe2O4 are between 20~30nm, and a hollow roughness surface are its characteristics; specific surface area of CdFe2O4 is 85.80 m2 g-1, the average pore diameter of CdFe2O4 particles are 24nm. Its porous structure is benefit to the dye adsorbed.In a single system, we have a detailed study of the adsorption behavior to Congo red (CR) and the Acid carmoisine (AC). It was found that, CdFe2O4 adsorb CR accord with the Langmuir isotherm model (r> 0.990). At 298 K, the saturation adsorption amount is 86.713mg·g-1, The average adsorption energy is 0.405kJ·mol-1, this shows that the adsorption process of CdFe2O4 is physical adsorption.20mg·L-1 CR solution arrive adsorption equilibrium within 40min, the process followed the pseudo second-order kinetic model, k2 is 0.049g·mg-1·min-1, the entire adsorption process is mainly controlled by diffusion within the particles.It was found that, CdFe24 adsorb AC accord with the Langmuir isotherm model (r> 0.990). At 298 K, the saturation adsorption amount is 69.702mg·g-1, The average adsorption energy is 0.221kJ·mol-1, this shows that the adsorption process of Is physical adsorption.20mg·L-1 CR solution arrive adsorption equilibrium within 50min, the process followed the pseudo second-order kinetic model, k2 is 0.041 g·mg-1·min-1, the entire adsorption process is mainly controlled by diffusion within the particles.This article also used different adsorption process which use CdFe2O4 adsorb CR, AC solution in binary mixtures and achieved good results. By way of successive adsorption of CR, AC mixed solution, the adsorption rate did not significantly change. This means that synthetic CdFe2O4 for CR and AC adsorption is not competitive adsorption, it has many adsorption sites to the extent that it can simultaneously adsorb two dyes. In CR, AC hybrid system dyes, CdFe2O4 for CR, AC mixture solution having good adsorption effect. Take sorbent CdFe2O4 make a film to adsorb CR, AC mixture solution, which indicates that CdFe2O4 film has a good adsorption capacity. After CR,AC mixture solution is filtrated CdFe2O4-membrane,its removal rate arrived 95.55%.Adsorbent regeneration experiments show that CdFe2O4 adsorbing CR,AC may be eluted by phosphate and ethanol solution. After five recycles,the adsorption rate is still more than 90%.It indicate that CdFe2O4 has good reusability.
