The tank gun control system is an important guarantee for the quick and accurate combat of tank. With the progress of tank digital electrical system and AC servo technology, the AC digital control system of gun becomes the trend for the future. However, because of the gun control system is easy to be influenced by many nonlinear factors of the inside and outside. The control performance of tank is hard to guarantee. In this background, some units to cooperate with us to develop a high-speed and high-precision digital gun control system.This text meets the design requirements of performance of gun control system, and comprehensive analysis the trend of modern gun control system. Do some structural design; build up model; nonlinear factor analysis and model; intelligent control algorithm design for the gun control system. The main works are as follows:1. Based on the widely extensive research the development at home and abroad of gun control system and in-depth analysis the working principles of gun control system. I designed the structure of digital gun control system, conducted the selection of main components and design the circuit of important modules interfaces for the system.2. Build up math model for every part and the integral of the gun control system Design the three loops controller for the gun control system, and, design speed switching control for the different of aim and stability working state, through simulation, it has been proved the correctness of the design.3. Build up model and analyses for the gap of nonlinear, nonlinear friction, parameter perturbation and no-model disturbance of the gun control system. Build up a corresponding simulation model with Simulink.4. According to the characteristics of nonlinear gun control system, sliding mode control is used. Analyze the basic principle of Sliding Mode Variable Structure control, and its development status and trends. I proposed the Multi-segment sliding mode control method to enhance the robustness and the control accuracy of the system. At the same time, It realize system speed controllable and provide protection for the system security.5. In order to strengthen the ability of the controller to resist the change of system parameters and load torque, design a load observer and rotary inertia observer. Build up a corresponding simulation model of each with Simulink, and verify the accuracy of identification. The observation results feedback to the controller, through simulation and analysis, system robustness and control precision has been enhanced.Design a high precision, fast and stable accurate system by design the gun control system, nonlinear factor analysis modeling, algorithm research of Sliding Mode Variable Structure and the use of Real-time parameter Observer. It offer helps for the digital, intelligent, information of the future gun control system.
