In recent years, the theory and application of dynamic compaction method gradually expand. Its macro principle explanations have been more improved, but for the special nature of the soil, the explanations about the theory of consolidation mechanism from the microscopic point of view are less. It has not yet formed a mature and complete theoretical system, researchers did not summarize the design method scientifically and strictly, this article fully integrated practical engineering problems. The problems that exist in the newly backfill dynamic compaction need further research. The outcome of the project can be summarized as follows:Through comparative analysis of existing dynamic compaction reinforcement theories, the effective depth experience instance foundation soil characteristics (newly backfill) the choice of reinforcement principle of dynamic consolidation theory. On this basis, the formula range coefficient β, as well as simplify the foundation reinforcement mode effective depth is calculated; design can tamping, compacting numbers, tamping spacing important factor comparative analysis of reference for similar projects given coefficient.In this paper, through plate static loading test, cone penetration test, Rayleigh surface wave test (specific the newly backfill soil) engineering dynamic compaction results detection obtained after dynamic consolidation foundation bearing capacity values to meet the expectations of the design value; further validate the proposed effective depth correction factor and simplify the formula calculated value meets the design requirements and influencing factors.As the number of test results in view of the on-site engineering and construction is limited, and influenced by the weather, personnel and other limiting factors, this paper will make a comparison mainly between numerical simulation results with field test data. By using software Flac3D to simulate the dynamic consolidation process, observe the fill foundation vertical displacement and strain after tamping stress analysis of elastic-plastic region corresponding change. In order to determine the tamping depth limit value simplified formula and the accuracy of the test results to be verified again.In this paper, a more systematic study on Dynamic Consolidation of foundation design theory, field testing and numerical simulation, concluded on the dynamic compaction method further research and engineering applications of reinforced ground will be helpful.
