This part of the heat is directly discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in the heat of the direct waste, and the environment, If the energy of the part of the heat can be recycled, it can save energy and protect the environment, the benefit is very considerable.The majority of the waste heat recovery of flue gas in the middle and high taste of the flue gas, the value of this part of the flue gas is high; But low temperature flue gas is very low, but it is very useful for the recovery of the flue gas. In this paper, the technology of low temperature flue gas waste heat recovery is discussed and studied, Taking a factory in Tangshan City as a design case, the depth of the low temperature flue gas recovery device is designed, and the temperature of the flue gas to the acid dew point is calculated, Corrosion resistant materials were used for corrosion protection, and the experiment was used to verify the results, Based on the waste heat recovery device, two kinds of heat transfer schemes are designed by using the wave plate heat exchanger and the heat pipe heat exchanger, Two different types of heat exchangers are designed and calculated, and the thermal performance of the two design schemes are compared and analyzed.For enterprises to invest in the program, not only need technical support, but alsothe scientific and reasonable economic, only to meet the technical and economic conditions, engineering design can be implemented. In this paper, we take the dynamic investment recovery period, net present value, present value and cost value as the economic evaluation index, and take a factory in Tangshan City as a case to calculate the cost and benefit of the two schemes, Through the analysis and comparison, it is concluded that the selection of the wave plate heat exchanger in the heat and economy are superior, In the last part of the paper, the environmental protection benefit of the flue gas waste heat recovery system is calculated and analyzed. The device is used to reduce the emission of a large number of acid gases, greenhouse gases and so on, Reduce the energy and protect the environment, So it can be seen that the low temperature flue gas waste heat recovery is very useful for both enterprises and society.
