At present, the energy consumption of China has become the world’s second had already overtaken Japan and our country in succession. Since 2003 the country "electricity", "coal shortage" and "oil shortage", seriously restricts the development of our country’s economy and environment protection. In recent years, hebei provinc government energy-saving reform, in order to promote the coal industry in Fengfeng mine area gradually implement energy-saving emission reduction projects, promoting energy recycling application, to use again, more mining area by using waste heat pressure, instead of traditional boiler. According to the characteristics of the mine workers, effectively solve the question of miners work clothes drying is mining area of energy-saving renovation project of a new breakthrough. Most of the mining area work clothes drying chamber adopts is produced by high temperature steam coal boiler pipe to drying of clothes, after mechanical dry clothes just rely on high temperature and evaporation drying, high energy consumption and high pollution not only does not accord with the requirement of energy conservation and emissions reduction, and drying room humidity is big, poor staff working environment, drying effect is poor.This article is about Wuannian coal mine in hebei province clothes drying room engineering as an example, the author under the guidance of a mentor to the design research of this project, the project has been completed and put into use. Choose the project, air source heat pump as heat source, use air source heat pump to produce hot air for drying clothes. In recent years, the air source heat pump technology is mature, and achieved a wide range of applications in our country. Clothes drying, using the technology to miners of boiler energy conservation and emissions reduction and mining area in hebei province transformation is of great significance, its advantage is mainly manifested in good environmental benefits and huge economic benefits. At the same time also to change the traditional coal miners clothes drying method has important significance and benchmarking role change.Theory of the author from the project system scheme selection, parameter calculation, the design of the air source heat pump drying system, etc, the basic content and the system in detail from the aspects of principle, calculation of calculation analysis and feasibility evaluation, during project operation, data acquisition and data analysis, the performance evaluation of project related was analyzed, and concluded that it has good environmental protection and energy saving benefits. Finally, the related project economic evaluation of the energy saving calculation, compared with traditional coal-fired boiler to produce steam drying system, which has huge economic advantage. At the same time, the project and the great social benefit, because is the first time in hebei province coal miners clothes drying, application of the system for the air source heat pump drying technology promotion and application of coal mines in the whole province to provide the related parameters and design reference for the construction of resource saving and environment friendly society also has a long-term significance.
