In the whole field of arms and ammunition, the operating distance of proximity fuse is an important parameter determining whether the weapon system can function efficiently; thus, accuracy of parameters of the shotpoint is related to the attacking accuracy and force directly and whether the weapon system is efficient and reliable. Specific location of the shotpoint can be calculated through measuring the three-dimensional coordinate and the angle of pitch of the flying fuse via the presumptive area by six light-curtain array sky-screens and matching the bursting moment of the fuse detected by the flame detector.High shotpoint lasts for a short time. Light signal of shotpoints under different bias lights are studied in detail and corresponding circuits are designed to process bursting signal.In the first place, signal of bursting flame is studied and suitable photoelectric detectors are selected to form the detection circuit so as to ensure flame signal can be detected. Then, signal of bias light is studied and analyzed, DC amplifying circuit and AC amplifying circuit in the preceding stage are designed so as to filter interference signal and extract useful signals based on the photoelectric detection circuit. In addition, DC amplifying circuit aims at changing signals of bias light; when signal of bias light changes greatly, process them by the preceding circuit and transfer to the signal processing circuit for level matching; then transfer them to the singlechip for AD collection. The singlechip outputs corresponding command words according to intensity of collected bias light and amplifies the circuit through controlling the program control in the amplifying channel by the data bus so as to realize automatic regulation of gains of the amplifying circuit; meanwhile, keep the singlechip connected with remote PC for processing and controlling at real time. Then, AC amplifying circuit filters and amplifies signal of bursting flame, processes it by the program control amplifier and select reasonable gains according to signal of bias light so that the flame detector can realize detection efficiently at real time. Then, it reshapes, drives and outputs analog signal processed by the signal processing circuit to figure out the moment of signal of the bursting flame.Finally, conduct PCB plating, welding, installation, debugging and test to the circuit designed and analyze data, resulting that the signal processing circuit of the flame detector complies with technical standards.
