Along with the world environmental pollution and energy crisis, the development of electric vehicles is getting more and more attention. Many automobile manufacturers continue to introduce new electric vehicles. In recent years, China has invested a lot of research and production in the field of electric vehicles, to obtain a number of independent intellectual property rights, and promote the promotion of new energy vehicles.The core part of the electric vehicle is the motor drive system, which determines the main performance index of the vehicle driving. Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of small size, high precision, high torque density, high power factor, wide speed range, etc., has been widely used in electric vehicle drive system. In order to make full use of the excellent performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the motor drive control technology is needed. The research content of this paper is as follows:In this paper, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is controlled by 50 k W in Suzhou Hexin Electric Appliance Co., Ltd, and the driving controller of electric vehicle with high performance, high reliability and wide speed is studied. In this paper, the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced, and the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established. The vector control principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed. In view of the characteristics of electric vehicles, the current vector control strategy is chosen, and the maximum torque per ampere and the flux-weakening control method are proposed. In addition, space vector pulse width modulation is the important part of vector control, this paper introduces its principle and implementation method in detail.In this paper, the hardware circuit of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controller is designed, which mainly includes: the main control board and the driving board. The main control board is the core of the system, which realizes the functions of signal acquisition, data processing, algorithm realization, control output, foreign communication and so on. The driving board receives the control signal from the main control board, and the power amplifier is amplified by the SVPWM signal, which controls the IGBT to turn on / off and realize the control of the motor. Software design in the CCS3.3 TMS320F28335 environment, based on C voice to achieve full digital vector control algorithm.Finally, based on the construction of the motor control test platform, the motor and its drive controller are tested and verified, and the experimental results are analyzed. The analysis and test results show that the design of the electric vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controller has the characteristics of high reliability, wide speed regulation and so on.
