With the development of computers and microelectronics technology, hydraulic technology combined with more and more improved level of digital hydraulic technology makes hydraulic technology gained rapid development, includeing electro-hydraulic digital control technology has become Mechatronics an important means to achieve the hydraulic system for high-speed, high-precision control over the method, especially in the field of aerospace, construction machinery, ships, etc. in. The study of high-speed switching valve is an important part of the electro-hydraulic CNC technology is to achieve electro-hydraulic control technology of digital switching key elements member.Compared with other high-speed switching valve, 2D electro-hydraulic speed switching valve has the advantage of simple structure, strong anti-pollution, high precision control system, the integration of guidance- control level and the power level, a small amount of leakage and good static and dynamic characteristics, etc. Currently 2D electro-hydraulic on/off valve has been used in the aerospace, cranes, hydraulic lifting platform equipment such as hydraulic locking system. The designed 2D high-speed on/off valve, using chutes and high and low pressure trough servo screw hole for guidance and control level, using a rotary solenoid as electricity- mechanical converters, carried torque transfer through transmission mechanism to control the motion of the valve core.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. In order to improve the flow control valve pilot stage and 2D frequency response, this paper investigates the working principle of the 2D high-speed on/off valve, designs chute and high-trough groove and low-trough groove as the pilot stage, and make the pilot stage and power level as whole of the 2D valve, then achieve spool two degrees of freedom movement.2. In order to improve the flow and speed of response speed switching valves, a new type of rotary solenoid with a six-blade rotor is proposed for the 2D high-speed on/off valve. which has a low rotation inertia, large angular displacement, fast response characteristics, particularly suitable for 2D valves’ electromechanical transducer. And the rotary solenoids’ static and dynamic characteristics and experimental are studied, the results show compliance with budget setting, and the torque is substantially constant.3. In order to improve the response speed of high speed on/off valve and overcome the normal work of the valve core hydraulic clamping phenomenon, and proposes the variable transmission ratio of transmission mechanism, the 2D high speed on/off valve has higher working reliability.4. This paper establishes 2D high-speed on/off valve mathematical model. By Simulink of MATLAB software simulates static and dynamic characteristics of 2D high-speed on/off valve and the influence of various parameters on the frequency characteristics, optimizing the structure design, design double pendulum wheel step mechanism and make step experiments. Based on 2D high-speed on/off valve experimental research, including testing various static and dynamic performance, the experimental results show 2D high-speed on/off valve has good characteristics.
