With the continuous development of economic globalization, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, customer demand gradually turn to diversification and personalization. To meet the individual needs of different customers, companies must improve the level of production management, thus it is particularly important to improve he ability of production scheduling. Processing mode of parallel multiple production lines has been widely exists in actual production of many enterprises. Along with the influence uncertainties and resource constrains, robust scheduling is considered as important research direction. Therefore, the multi-assembly line robust scheduling under uncertainty of orders this paper proposed has a strong practical significance.This paper took multi-assembly line scheduling as the study target, considered orders uncertainty and resource constrains in the actual production process, built the robust scheduling model of double resource constrains under uncertain environment. At the same time put forward a mixed optimization algorithm based on differential evolution algorithm and particle swarm optimization for solving the robust scheduling model under uncertainty of orders. The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1) Aimed at multi-assembly line scheduling problem of double resource constrains under uncertain orders, established a robust scheduling model to maximize customer satisfaction, maximize utilization of the assembly line and minimize completion time span.(2) Combined the differential evolution algorithm and particle swarm optimization characteristics, proposed hybrid optimization algorithm based on differential evolution algorithm and particle swarm algorithm, using the hybrid optimization algorithm to simulate and solve the robust scheduling model created, so as to acquire the optimal scheduling solution.(3) By mixing programming of Microsoft Visual Basic and MATLAB to realize simulation of robust scheduling model of double resource constrains under uncertain orders, and an example will verify the validity of the scheduling algorithm.(4) Comprehensively analyzed the actual production situation of the the multi-assembly line production workshop of Plant two of PTCN, applied the established robust scheduling model and the proposed hybrid optimization algorithm in actual multi-assembly line production process. Contrasted practical scheme and optimal scheme, optimal scheme reached the better result, proving the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method.
