Practice Of Project Management In The Project Progress Management Of Wanda Plaza Project

In recent decades, the development of China’s construction industry has been developing rapidly, and the project management theory has been fully developed and updated. In the last ten or twenty years, all kinds of theories about the project management have been developed. At the same time, from 2015 to 2000, just 15 years, Wanda Commercial real estate from zero to become the world’s largest commercial real estate companies, this research mainly from the contract governance in the project governance, relational governance and Authority Governance and a variety of governance mechanisms to study the impact of governance mechanism on project progress, and its performance research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) the relevant theories of domestic and international research;(2) the characteristics of contract governance, relationship governance and comprehensive utilization of Wanda Commercial Real estate;(3) with the actual case of the project construction of the west hill Wanda Plaza, the contract governance, relationship governance and Authority Governance in the specific case, and the comprehensive utilization of various governance mechanisms are studied, and their performance is studied;The main conclusion of this thesis is:(1) contractual governance is the basis of all governance, and is an outline;(2) in the face of uncertainty in the project, the comprehensive use of a variety of governance mechanisms to produce better performance;(3) comprehensive utilization of governance mechanisms need to be aimed at the characteristics of different enterprises and different projects.
