The object of this paper is the flyover over the 6 existing Shuihong railway lines which designed as the long span bridges in Hongguo Economic Development Zone, Guizhou Province. Because of the long span, the complex construction, the large incremental launching weight, repeatedly system transition during construction and the large stress variation scope of the beam in incremental launching stage, the bridge will affected by many factors and uncertainties in the whole stage and will faced the high risks in the construction process. So the analyses and the researches have been taken to the key technical parameters, the construction plan and the pushing method, considering the field test data, in order to find the guidance and the control method of the incremental launching construction. On the other hand, the designers did not take the temporary structure of the construction into consideration when making the main bridge design calculation. In view of this, construction units can take the safety review and economic optimization for the designed temporary structures.This paper used the finite element software MIDAS/Civil for analyses, the main contents of this paper are as following:(1) Taking the simulation analysis for the incremental launching construction of the Steel Beam-arch Combination System with the finite element software to identify the key components, key sections, key locations and to recheck the calculation of its displacement, deformation and the stress. Finally, this paper assessed the construction plan by comparing the simulated data with the field test data.(2) Taking the safety review and the economic optimization for the temporary guiding beams of the Steel Beam-arch Combination System.The purpose of this research, on the one hand, is review the safety of the working condition of the construction, on the other hand, optimizing the temporary facilities and structures in order to improve the economy.
