Recycled concrete technology can effectively solve the environmental pollution problem caused by the construction waste, so the recycled concrete is used in engineering practice.However, due to the natural defect of the recycled concrete itself, such as large water absorption, low stiffness and so on resulting in recycled concrete is rarely used in the construction of the building structure.This article through to insert the I-beam into recycled concrete to make the composite member of the recycled concrete reinforced with steel,then the influence of different factors on the ultimate bearing capacity of composite components is analyzed, and the security in engineering practice of the composite components of the recycled concrete reinforced with steel is analyzed.In this paper, the mechanical property test of recycled concrete is carried out firstly.We prepare the recycled concrete with different water binder ratio, recycled aggregate replacement rate and the amount of silica fume,then its slump, cubic compression strength and splitting tensile strength were measured,and we analyzed the parameters bring that the change of mechanical properties of recycled concrete.Secondly, this paper carried out the research on the mix proportion of recycled concrete with different grades.Through a lot of experiments, the mix proportion of recycled concrete with C40, C50 and C60 was given, and the standard test block of recycled concrete was prepared.It is tested that the recycled concrete cubic compressive strength of the mixed ratio is satisfied with the default intensity, so the mix ratio has a high stability,which can be used in the actual engineering.In the end, the mechanical model of the composite member of recycled concrete reinforced with steel is established by ABAQUS finite element software.We analysed the failure process of the composite column which under axial compression or eccentric compression and the composite beams which under load, the corresponding ultimate bearing capacity has been collected.Simulated stress analysis of different variables(such as recycled concrete strength grade, recycled aggregate replacement rate, etc.) wereselected,and the influence of different factors on the ultimate bearing capacity of steel recycled concrete members has been studied.
