With the development of our national economy, the contact between the cities more and more closely, and the scale of the city is more and more large, so whether it is light rail, city tunnel between or within the city, the underground railway is adopted more and more. Although at this stage, many studies on structures of the upper part of the tunnel excavation, because of diversity and complexity of projects, it is very difficult for us to find a simple and effective method to explain all of the projects and to direct us the engineering. So it is very necessary for us to research the diversity influence of the pipeline which is affected by tunnel excavation.The finite element software model is established based on the monitoring data of a certain engineering in Hangzhou City, and is used to analyze the deformation of the pipeline of the shallow tunnel excavation. In this paper, It is mainly analyzed that several factors have effect on deformation of pipeline in shallow buried tunnel excavation. and compared with monitoring and theoretical works, we can come to some conclusions about the deformation of pipeline.The research content of pipeline deformation in this paper mainly includes:A shallow tunnel in Hangzhou is simulated by ABAQUS which is a finite element software. The calculation results show in good agreement with the actual monitoring data. This shows that the model can effectively draw on the deformation data of the settlement and pipeline when the engineering is in some other engineering environment.Analyse the effects of several factors on the internal stress of the pipeline deformation and pipeline,and the sensitivity between pipeline deformation 、 internal stress and several factors when the tunnel is vertical to the pipeline. and some rules are summarized. The results show that in ultra soft soil the deformation of surface and pipeline can be controlled effectively by the ground vertical grouting.Compared with the results of finite element calculation and engineering monitoring data, the deformation of the surface and pipeline is analyzed in the project, and give some advice to it: it is effective to manage the settlement in this project by improving the engineering properties of soil around by vertical surface grouting and enhancing the support strength. But it has large influence to pipelines when the surface grouting.so these pipeline must be isolated or moved to ensure pipeline safety.
