With the accelerated process of modernization, more and more earth resoures are using, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, in view of this situation, the state has issued a series of policies, of which for sustainable development, aimed at the popularization and application of Pure electric vehicles and Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. Because of the heat pump technology can solve the problem of pure electric energy consumption for pure electric vehicle, the research of heat pump type of pure electric vehicle air conditioning system has become a hot spot. By using FPGA as controller, this paper developed a controller of pure electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning based on SOPC.The system uses system on a programmable chip technology, adopts the design method of from top to bottom, the Nios II soft core processor, PIO interface, JTAG controller, EPCS Flash controller, SDRAM memory, display controller etc. function module are embedded into a FPGA chip, through the CAN bus communication, control the DC compressor, electronic expansion valve, four way reversing valve, insider and outer fan and other load of the air conditioning system, adopts the fuzzy control algorithm to achieve the control precision of ±1℃, and display the running state of each operating system condition in real-time.This paper studies and analysis the research status and development trend of the research, according to the system requirements, makes the chip selection of the FPGA chip, EPCS Flash chip, external memory SDRAM, display device and temperature sensor, determines the overall design scheme of the system. Based on the platform of the E-PLAY-EP3C80 FPGA development board, finished the hardware design of display controller, temperature acquisition, the keyboard and other peripheral circuits. With the hardware development tools Quartus II 9.0, introduced the hardware configuration of the Nios II soft core processor, JTAG controller, EPCS Flash controller, SDRAM memory, temperature acquisition, the DC compressor control and LCD display control modules in detail. Under the help of software development tool Nios II IDE 9.0, combining with C/C++language, completed the software design of each module, and the software simulation and system debugging, finished the development and debugging of the system. The results show that, using FPGA as the physical carrier to complete the design of system on a chip, with the advantages of portability, flexible and efficient, low cost and short design cycle.At last, according to the debugging results of the system, the completed work is summarized and analyzed, and put forward the prospect.
